A recurring Pro Report can be skipped if cron does not run, the server is unavailable, or another temporary issue interrupts the scheduled send. When that happens, you can use the existing saved report to send the missed reporting period manually and then restore the recurring schedule.

Send the missed report manually

Open the report

Go to MainWP Dashboard > Add-ons > Pro Reports > Reports.Find the report that was skipped, then click the report title or open the Actions menu and click Edit.

Switch the report type to One-time

In Report Settings, change Report type from Recurring to One-time.This reveals the Report date range fields and hides the recurring schedule settings.

Set the missed date range

Set Report date range to the period that should have been sent.For a missed monthly report, use the first and last day of the previous month. For a missed weekly report, use the exact week that was skipped. For a missed daily report, use the missed day.

Review the report and send it

Confirm the report content, email settings, selected sites, and attachments still look correct.If you change the selected website, tag, or client for the report, click Save Draft first so the updated selection is stored.Click Send Now to send the report manually.

Switch the report back to Recurring

Change Report type back to Recurring.Set Schedule to Daily, Weekly, or Monthly as needed. If the report is weekly, confirm Send report on is set to the correct weekday. If the report is monthly, confirm Send on is set to the correct day of the month.Click Schedule Report to save the recurring schedule again.
This process sends the missed report manually. If reports continue to be skipped, check your cron setup and server availability.
